EYFS Teaching Assistant – Full-Time (January 2026–July 2026)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Location: W3, West London
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: £90–£105 per day (PAYE – no umbrella fees)
A lovely, community-driven primary school in W3 is looking for a confident, nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team in January 2026 through to the end of the academic year. You will be part of a creative and caring environment where play, curiosity, and confidence-building take centre stage.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils in Nursery or Reception with day-to-day learning and development
- Creating a fun, safe and inclusive classroom environment where every child thrives
- Helping with phonics, sensory play, and those all-important snack times
- Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team to support progress
What we’re looking for:
- Previous EYFS experience (nursery or primary school setting)
- A calm, playful and patient approach
- A genuine love for helping little learners grow
