- Delivering trauma-informed support to pupils with SEMH needs
- Leading targeted interventions and supporting learning 1:1 and in groups
- Using de-escalation strategies confidently and adapting behaviour plans as needed
- Acting as a role model for resilience, communication, and positive relationships
- Supporting colleagues with best practice and contributing to whole-school strategies
