The role includes:
- Managing the full exam cycle, including GCSEs and internal assessments
- Liaising with exam boards, senior leaders, invigilators, and external agencies
- Ensuring full compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations
- Coordinating exam timetables, entries, access arrangements, and results days
- Overseeing exam rooms, seating plans, and invigilation schedules
- Maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Supporting students to feel calm, informed, and supported during exam periods
