SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Witham | Start After Easter | Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive mainstream school in Witham, starting straight after the Easter break. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a key role in helping them feel confident, understood, and ready to learn.

The role:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
