SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Witham | Start After Easter | Long-Term Opportunity
Ready to make a real difference this term? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive mainstream school in Witham, starting straight after the Easter break. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and play a key role in helping them feel confident, understood, and ready to learn.
The role:
- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children with SEN (ASD/ADHD experience desirable)
