Protocol Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a Pupil Referral Unit in Southend.

You will work 1:1 and with small groups to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and colleagues in a collaborative team.

Suitable candidates will bring a positive, proactive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs.

Experience is helpful but not essential.
