Nursery Practitioner Required
Protocol Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and nurturing Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work on a part-time basis within a number of lovely private nurseries across Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for childcare professionals who are passionate about supporting young children’s development in a caring, engaging, and stimulating environment.
The Role
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Assisting with daily routines, observations, and progress records.
- Promoting children’s welfare and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
