The Role You ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, safeguarding and practice. You ll be responsible for: Leading, motivating and developing the nursery team. Driving continuous improvement and high-quality EYFS practice. Overseeing safeguarding, health ll have: A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above. Previous leadership/management experience in an Early Years setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and SEND. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience supporting Ofsted inspections and driving improvement.
