We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive childcare team in Chelmsford. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with EYFS standards
- Plan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support children’s learning through play and structured activities
- Maintain accurate records and observations of children’s progress
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (essential)
- Sound knowledge of EYFS framework
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexibly to suit nursery needs
