We are seeking a confident and experienced HLTA to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Loughton. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step and play a key role in teaching, learning, and pupil progress.
The Role:
- Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Leading small group interventions across the primary curriculum
- Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs
- Working closely with teachers to support planning and assessment
- Acting as a positive role model within the classroom and wider school
The Ideal Candidate:
- HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level
- Strong behaviour management skills
