We are recruiting for a fantastic nursery in Chelmsford with exciting opportunities for experienced Early Years professionals across a range of levels:
- Senior Deputy Nursery Manager
- Deputy Nursery Manager
- Room Quality Lead
- Lead Educator (Level 3)
These roles offer the opportunity to play a key part in delivering high-quality care and education, supporting teams, embedding the EYFS and helping create a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification
- Valid right to work in the UK
- Experience within an Early Years/nursery setting
- Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
- Passion for children's learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Paediatric First Aid preferred
- Previous leadership experience desirable for the management positions
