We are currently looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Level 2 Nursery Assistant to join a friendly nursery setting in Epsom. This is a hands-on role supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

Key Details

  • Location: Epsom
  • Start Date: Immediate (following a successful trial)
  • Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm (Full Day) or Half-Day Shifts Available
  • Pay: £14.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 Childcare Qualification (essential)
  • Experience working within a nursery or EYFS setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Passion for supporting children's development through play
  • Positive, proactive, and reliable approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children aged 0-5 with daily routines and activities
  • Assisting with engaging play and learning opportunities
  • Promoting a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development
  • Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
  • Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times
