Interested in how social factors shape behaviour and learning? A welcoming primary school in Gateshead is seeking a Sociology graduate to support pupils in KS1 who need additional pastoral and behavioural guidance. Part-time, 8.30am to 3.30pm.

Your role will include:

  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Supporting emotional regulation and classroom routines
  • Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers
  • Supporting small group social skills sessions
  • Contributing to positive behaviour strategies
