Are you driven to support young people who are struggling to stay engaged in education? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of pupils at risk of exclusion? We are looking for a committed Engagement Coach to deliver a 12-week Restorative Re-Engagement Programme at our Hayes site, supporting secondary-aged pupils to rebuild confidence, improve behaviour, and successfully return to mainstream school.
About the Role
Based in Hayes, you will work with small cohorts (up to 6 pupils) who may be at risk of permanent exclusion, frequently suspended, or disengaged from education. You'll provide structured, consistent support through a combination of mentoring, behaviour intervention, and practical learning. This is a part-time role, 5 hours per day, working either: 9:30am - 2:00pm, or 10:30am - 3:30pm.
