- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health needs
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils feel safe, understood, and ready to learn
- Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation throughout the school day
- Being a consistent, trusted adult for pupils who need it most
