You will be leading a well-resourced Reception class, supported by experienced Teaching Assistants, within a school that values early childhood development, collaboration, and staff wellbeing. About the Role:
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, EYFS colleagues, and the Senior Leadership Team
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Observe, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
Person Specification:
- UK QTS or EYTS
- EYFS teaching experience (Reception preferred)
- A child-centred, creative, and nurturing teaching approach
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
