What you'll be doing

  • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small group interventions
  • Working with children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
  • Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours
  • Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing within the classroom
  • Assisting teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences
  • Becoming a positive role model for children who need encouragement and support

We're looking for someone who is

  • A Psychology graduate or holds a related degree
  • Passionate about supporting children and young people
  • Patient, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
  • Curious about child development, learning, and behaviour
  • Keen to gain meaningful experience in education
  • Experienced working with children through tutoring, mentoring, coaching, care work, youth work, or volunteering (helpful but not essential)
