Studying to become a teacher and want proper classroom experience while you’re at uni? This one’s for you. We’re working with welcoming schools across Sheffield who are keen to support education students and ECTs looking to work as Teaching Assistants or HLTAs alongside their degree. It’s a brilliant way to build confidence, sharpen your classroom skills, and earn while you learn.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups

Who we’re looking for:

  • Education students or ECTs currently studying towards QTS
  • Confident, reliable, and keen to get stuck in
  • Available at least 1 to 2 days per week during term time
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in teaching
