About the Role: A forward-thinking and inclusive Early Years setting in Islington is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join their teaching team from January 2026. You must have at least 2 years experience teaching EYFS and have an excellent understanding of the Early Years Framework and be confident in delivering this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS (depending on experience and school needs).
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers to ensure continuity of learning.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and learning needs.
  • Maintain high expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience teaching Early Years (3-5).
  • Ability to build rapport with pupils and maintain a positive classroom climate.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude to teaching and school life.
