We are looking for passionate and nurturing Early Years Practitioners who are looking for flexible work. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to support a range of nurseries and primary schools on a supply basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across different settings while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The Role:
- Supporting children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with daily routines, play-based learning, and activities
- Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
- Adapting quickly to new settings and team environments
Requirements:
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above preferred)
- Experience working within EYFS settings
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
