We’re supporting a range of friendly, inclusive nurseries and primary schools across Lambeth in finding brilliant Early Years Educators to join their teams. Whether you're helping with first phonics or guiding tiny hands through a paint-splattered masterpiece, your role will be to bring calm, joy, and consistency to their earliest learning experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting children in Nursery or Reception classes across Lambeth
- Helping deliver play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework
- Encouraging social skills, early communication, and routines
- Creating a nurturing space for children to grow in confidence
- Working alongside class teachers, SENCOs, and parents
You should have:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (CACHE, NCFE, BTEC)
- Experience in an early years setting (nursery, Reception or childcare)
- A patient, gentle approach and strong communication skills
- Energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude—rain or shine
- Some SEND awareness is a plus (but we can help with training!)
