Are you a soon-to-be qualified teacher, Early Career Teacher, or qualified teacher looking for a rewarding new direction? Protocol Education is working with a number of specialist SEND schools across South London who are keen to meet passionate, committed and nurturing teachers for upcoming opportunities. These roles are ideal for Early Career Teachers who are looking to build confidence, develop strong classroom practice and make a genuine difference from the very start of their teaching career. We are also very happy to speak with experienced teachers who are interested in moving into specialist education.

About the roles

We support a wide range of specialist settings, including schools for pupils with:

  • Complex medical needs
  • Speech, language and communication needs
  • Sensory needs

Previous SEND experience is not always essential. Many schools are open to meeting teachers who have the right attitude, strong teaching potential and a genuine interest in supporting children and young people with additional needs.
