Ealing, West London Immediate Start | Full-Time | Long-Term We are working with a supportive specialist school in Ealing looking for caring, reliable and experienced SEN Support Assistants to join their team. The Role You will support children and young people with a range of SEND and complex needs, helping them access learning and develop their independence. Providing 1:1 and small-group support Supporting pupils with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs Assisting with communication, learning and social development Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation Encouraging pupils to build independence and confidence Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team Personal care may be required, depending on the pupil's needs We Are Looking For Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND Experience within a school, specialist setting or care environment is desirable Patient, caring and proactive approach Confident supporting pupils with complex needs Must hold both Child & Adult DBS Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and committed to a long-term school role Ealing, West London ⏰ Monday–Friday | Full-Time ASAP Start If you're passionate about supporting children with SEND and looking for your next opportunity in Ealing, apply today!
