Location: Mainstream and SEN schools in Durham

Some pupils don’t need louder instructions. They need someone who understands them. We’re recruiting Psychology Graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants, supporting pupils with SEND and emotional wellbeing needs across local schools.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
  • Helping children manage emotions and behaviour
  • Applying psychological theory in real-life settings
  • Making school feel safer and more manageable for pupils
