This role involves supporting a KS4 pupil who struggles with emotional regulation and engagement in lessons. You’ll help them navigate the school day, support transitions, and use trauma-informed strategies to reduce incidents and build trust. The focus is on relationship-building first, learning second, with plenty of support from the wider SEND and pastoral teams.

You’ll help with:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
