Protocol Education is working closely with specialist schools across Dudley to place enthusiastic and committed individuals into meaningful roles supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These roles are ideal for graduates from any discipline who are passionate about working with children and young people and looking to explore a career in education. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting students with SEND across a range of ages and needs
  • Building positive relationships and encouraging independence
  • Helping to deliver adapted learning plans, including EHCP support
  • Promoting emotional wellbeing, social development, and confidence
  • Working closely with teaching staff, therapists, and SENCOs

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
  • A proactive, resilient approach and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Previous experience with children or young people (formal or informal) is helpful, but not essential
  • Relevant degrees or qualifications are welcomed but not required
