We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Secondary Teacher to join a well-established school in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and achieving strong student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (KS5 desirable)
- Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools
- Strong knowledge of the subject specialism (e.g., Maths / English / Science)
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience with GCSE and/or A-Level teaching
- Evidence of improving student attainment and progress
- Ofsted “Good” or “Outstanding” teaching experience
