We’re supporting a friendly SEND school that’s looking for a Teaching Assistant to work closely with a pupil who thrives on routine and trust. You’ll be part of a team that genuinely backs each other and celebrates the progress others might miss.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working 1:1 with a pupil to build trust and consistency
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Following tailored strategies set by the SENCO and wider team
