From Primary to Secondary schools, we’re looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), and SEND Support Staff who are ready to make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting teachers and pupils in Primary and Secondary SEN classrooms
  • Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support as an SEN TA or LSA
  • Helping learners with additional needs to thrive in and out of the classroom
  • Bringing positivity, patience and adaptability to each day

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise)
  • A caring, calm and reliable approach
  • Availability for at least 3 days per week
  • Willingness to adapt and muck in wherever needed
