What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD and SLD.
- Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored, engaging learning activities.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and understood.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development throughout the school day.
- Supporting with personal care where required, always with dignity and respect.
- Helping to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
