We’re on the hunt for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools across Bristol where every day is different, and your ideas are valued. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with creative, hands-on activities
- Bringing lessons to life with art, music, play, and plenty of imagination
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and routines
- Helping to create a safe, structured space where every child can shine
You’ll need:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND
- A big heart, patience, and a knack for thinking on your feet
- A creative approach to come up with out-of-the-box provision ideas
