  1. Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher

  2. Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure student engagement

  3. Maintain classroom discipline and respond to any behavioural issues

  5. Communicate effectively with teaching staff and school administration

GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
