We’re working with a welcoming, inclusive primary school in Colchester who are looking to appoint a committed and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real impact in the classroom and is keen to develop professionally, with a clear route to a permanent position for the right candidate.
The role:
- Supporting learning across the school, including leading whole-class sessions when required
- Delivering targeted interventions to support pupil progress
