Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Colchester to recruit a passionate and nurturing EYFS Teacher for a full-time role starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children at a crucial stage in their learning journey.
The Role
- Full responsibility for an EYFS class, delivering high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Observe, assess, and track pupil progress to support strong early development
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and EYFS team
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS (or equivalent)
- Experience teaching in EYFS (ECTs/NQTs welcome)
- Strong understanding of early years development and learning
- Warm, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
