Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons to students.
- Support learners in developing industry-relevant skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Assist with workshop management and equipment maintenance (Technician roles).
- Promote high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.
Requirements:
- Industry experience within your specialist trade.
- Relevant vocational qualifications.
- Previous teaching or training experience would be advantageous, although industry professionals looking to move into education are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare. Essential Criteria:
