Overview
In this permanent role, you will support children with additional needs within a specialist SEN provision in Chelmsford. You work closely with students, teachers and the SEN team to deliver tailored academic, behavioural and personal support. The position may include personal care duties, for which full training will be provided. You will contribute to a nurturing, inclusive environment and help students reach their potential, starting immediately.

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored academic, behavioural and personal support to students with SEN
- Collaborate with teachers and the wider SEN team to implement support plans
