Are you an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? Protocol Education is working with a large, friendly primary school in Chelmsford seeking a dedicated LSA to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist SEN hub, supporting pupils with additional needs in a structured, nurturing, and well-supported environment.
- Full-time SEN LSA position starting in September
- Supporting pupils within a specialist SEN hub in a primary school
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and support staff
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
