SEN Teaching Assistant - Romford

Protocol Education are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Romford.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
- Support pupils with their learning and development
- Assist with classroom activities and lessons
- Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff
- Help pupils develop their confidence and independence
- Adapt support to meet individual pupils' needs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN
- Experience within a primary school setting is desirable
- Patient, caring and understanding
- Confident supporting pupils with a range of needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, proactive and enthusiasticAvailable to work full-time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
