What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching Business across levels 1–3 (academic and vocational routes)
- Leading curriculum planning, development, and review within the department

- Maintaining high standards of assessment, progress tracking, and feedback

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
- A track record of excellent teaching in Business or related subjects
- Experience working with post-16 learners (16–19 age range preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

About the Setting
Located in a diverse and forward-thinking borough, the college offers a rich mix of academic and vocational courses at Levels 1, 2 and 3. Students are encouraged to create tailored learning programmes that combine A Levels, BTECs, and resit GCSEs in English and Maths.
