Looking for a role where you can make a real impact every single day? We’re working with a welcoming setting in North Bradford seeking an experienced School Business Manager to lead on finance, HR, operations, and compliance. This isn’t just about budgets and spreadsheets. It’s about helping create a safe, well-run environment where staff can focus on what matters most, supporting young people to thrive.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. Someone who can keep things moving, solve problems quickly, and work closely with senior leaders to drive the school forward.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous School Business Management experience
  • Strong financial, operational, and HR knowledge
  • Confidence managing budgets, compliance, and resources
  • Experience in education or specialist settings is highly desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
