We’re supporting friendly nurseries across South Bristol who are looking for Unqualified Nursery Assistants with the right attitude, energy, and heart. If you’re caring, reliable, and up for getting stuck in, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting play, learning, and daily routines
  • Helping little ones feel safe, happy, and confident
  • Working alongside experienced early years staff
  • Learning on the job, every single day

You don’t need:

  • A childcare qualification
  • Years of experience
  • To know all the EYFS buzzwords

You do need:

  • A genuine love of working with children
  • Patience, positivity, and bags of enthusiasm
  • A willingness to learn and get involved
