Overview
In this role you help maintain engaging, structured learning across primary-age classrooms as an unqualified educator. You’ll work in warm, collaborative school environments, covering lessons and supporting groups to keep learning purposeful. You’ll be supported by a dedicated consultant to match you with suitable schools and schedules. This position offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow within education, making a meaningful impact on pupils’ day-to-day experiences.

Responsibilities
- Cover lessons and support learning in the classroom
- Support small groups and collaborate with class teachers
- Lead activities and keep sessions purposeful, structured and engaging
- Work across flexible short- and long-term placements
- Engage with schools to enable consistent learning experiences
Key requirements
- Comfortable working with children aged 4–11
- Patient and supportive demeanour in the classroom
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Understanding of the National Curriculum
- Passport and two proofs of address
- CV covering 10 years of work/education with gaps explained
- Two years of references (including childcare if applicable)
- OSPC if overseas residence in last 5 years
