Protocol Education are searching for a caring SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a KS2 pupil with autism in South Bristol. This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, calm, and passionate about helping children access learning in a way that works for them. You’ll support the pupil with classroom routines, social interaction, and learning tasks—adapting activities to their needs and working closely with the class teacher and SENCO. Your consistency will help create a safe space where the child can build confidence, develop skills, and feel part of the class.
