Have you worked in sports coaching, mentoring, youth work or another role where you've supported and motivated young people?Protocol Education is working closely with welcoming primary schools across South Bristol who are looking for confident, energetic and positive individuals to bring their transferable skills into the classroom.

This isn't a coaching role.

Instead, it's an opportunity to use the skills you've developed through working with children and young people, such as communication, relationship building, behaviour management, resilience and motivation, to support pupils in their education.

You'll work alongside teachers and support staff, helping pupils to stay focused, participate in learning and build the confidence they need to succeed both academically and socially.
