Overview
In this Learning Partner role in a North Bristol primary school, you provide dedicated 1:1 support to a KS2 child with complex behavioural needs. You will build a trusting relationship, help with emotional regulation, and support engagement and learning throughout the day. You collaborate with teaching staff and the SEND team to adapt activities and maintain a calm, consistent approach. This full-time, temporary position offers a chance to make a meaningful difference with potential for progression, backed by safeguarding and training support.

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Build a positive, consistent relationship with the child
- Support emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement

- Maintain a calm, patient approach in challenging situations
