Protocol Education is working with a welcoming group of primary schools in and around Kingswood, looking for reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to join them. This is a brilliant opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, love being in the classroom, and want a consistent but flexible working pattern. Whether you're looking for full-time supply or a set number of days each week, we'd love to work with you.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Adapting confidently to different schools, classes and year groups
- Supporting pupils to learn, achieve and thrive
- Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations
- Following safeguarding and school policies at all times
- Providing clear handover notes and feedback at the end of the day
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- A flexible, reliable and proactive approach
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- An Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one with our support
