Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with creative, hands-on activities

- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and routines
- Helping to create a safe, structured space where every child can shine
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND
- A big heart, patience, and a knack for thinking on your feet
