Looking for a role where you can make a real difference to one child’s day? We’re supporting primary schools across South Bristol who are looking for caring, consistent 1:1 TAs to work with pupils who need a bit more structure and encouragement.

What the role involves:

  • 1:1 support tailored to the pupil’s needs
  • Helping with communication, confidence, and focus
  • Implementing SEND strategies and individual plans
  • Teaming up with SENCOs, teachers, and parents

You’ll shine if you:

  • Bring patience and a nurturing approach
  • Have SEN experience, or the right transferable skills
  • Build trust and rapport quickly
  • Can confidently access BS3 and BS13 schools

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
