We’re Hiring: Early Years Professionals (Level 3 CACHE) – East London
Are you passionate about supporting young children’s development and making a real difference in their early years? We’re looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals with a Level 3 CACHE qualification in Early Years to join our team in East London!

- Nursery Practitioner
Location: East London
Hours: Full-time / Part-time (flexible options available)
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 CACHE qualification in Early Years (essential)
- A genuine passion for working with children aged 0–5
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children’s learning and development through play
- Assisting in planning and delivering EYFS activities
- Monitoring and recording children’s progress
- Promoting a positive, inclusive environment
