Speech & Language Support Assistant – Specialist Provision – Brentwood | Immediate Start Are you passionate about helping children develop their communication skills and reach their full potential? We are working with a specialist provision in Brentwood that is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech & Language Support Assistant to join their team immediately. The school supports pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN), providing a highly supportive and structured environment where students are encouraged to develop their communication, confidence, social skills, and independence. Many pupils may experience difficulties with expressive and receptive language, social communication, understanding instructions, and building relationships with their peers. As a Speech & Language Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, and other support staff to help pupils access learning and develop essential communication skills. You may provide support on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within the classroom, using tailored strategies and interventions to help students thrive.
