We’re working with a welcoming school in Brentwood that’s on the lookout for a full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant. You’ll be supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn, even on the trickier days.
- Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN
- Helping students stay engaged, focused, and confident in the classroom
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
